What time I actually went to sleep, I have no idea. It certainly wasn&#8217;t quickly. <\/p>\n<p>If that wasn&#8217;t bad enough, I was up and preparing breakfast at 07:45. How do you explain that? I can&#8217;t even wake up at that time in the week when I&#8217;ve had a decent night&#8217;s sleep.<\/p>\n<p>So I&#8217;ve no idea what has been going on but it&#8217;s certainly something extraordinary.<\/p>\n<p>So having crashed out for an hour or so, I&#8217;ve been tidying up in here a little and sorted out the fresh food again. High time I did that too. And then I&#8217;ve been working on the computer again.<\/p>\n<p>After all, it is Sunday and I&#8217;m entitled to have a day off.
